What the florist may do
Equivalent value
Substitute flowers cannot be cheaper or lower in quality.
Above 20%
Any substitution exceeding 20% of the bouquet value must be approved by the client.

If the requested flowers are unavailable or unsuitable, we will offer available alternatives.
Preserving value and character
