If the proposed replacement option does not suit the customer, the administrator of the online store offers other bouquets/arrangements that are similar in style and price.
If the customer places an order for a gift for a specific date, but by the time the bouquet/arrangement is being prepared 20% of the flowers are unavailable and there is no contact with the customer, the online store Martaflowers.kiev.ua reserves the right to replace the missing bouquet element. The replacement of 20% of the bouquet components will be as close as possible in appearance, color, and flower value. In this case, the order will be delivered on time.
