The shop, order intake and order processing operate daily from 09:00 to 21:00. Bouquet delivery operates daily from 06:00 to 23:00.
The fixed delivery fee to Bucha is UAH 450. Standard delivery takes place within your selected three-hour window. Delivery at an exact time costs an additional UAH 100.
Checkout offers: 06:00–09:00, 07:00–10:00, 08:00–11:00, 09:00–12:00, 12:00–15:00, 15:00–18:00, 18:00–21:00 and 20:00–23:00.
Available methods include LiqPay, MonoPay, bank transfer to the business account, card-terminal payment in the shop and cash to the courier when available. No deposit is required for ordinary orders. A 50% deposit is required for wedding bouquets and orders of UAH 10,000 or more. The balance is paid on receipt.
Up to 20% of the bouquet value may be substituted without separate approval. Substitute flowers cannot be cheaper or lower in quality. Any substitution above 20% requires the client’s approval.
Cancel 24 hours or more before delivery for a full refund with no penalty. If less than 24 hours remain before delivery, the amount already paid is non-refundable.
You may inspect and refuse the bouquet before acceptance, even if you simply do not like it. The amount paid is then refunded in full. After acceptance, a bouquet of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged for subjective reasons.
Within 24 hours after receipt, send photos, a short description and the order number to info@martaflowers.kiev.ua or contact 063-688-36-33 by phone, Telegram or Viber. You may choose a free replacement or a full refund. Our courier collects the defective bouquet and Marta Flowers covers all related transport.
Place the bouquet in a clean vase with cool water, recut the stems by 1–2 cm and remove leaves below the waterline. Change the water daily and keep the bouquet away from direct sun, radiators, air conditioners and fruit. For arrangements in floral foam, carefully add water every day.
Use the same phone number for every order. The bonus level depends on the accumulated product value: up to UAH 10,000 — 1%, UAH 10,000–20,000 — 2%, and from UAH 20,000 — 3%. Bonuses are not earned on delivery or promotional products, but accumulated bonuses may be used for promotional products.
An arrangement should fit the person, the moment and the budget. Marta Flowers therefore provides several parallel search routes. Florists have prepared categories by recipient, occasion, flower and type, while you can filter and sort the products without working through the whole catalogue.
Recipient sections for a wife, girl, your beloved, grandmother, child, sister, teacher, friend, colleague and manager let you start with the relationship. Florists have already retained designs likely to feel appropriate. You decide whether the result should be restrained, romantic or deliberately expressive.
The website has thematic categories named Birthday, Anniversary, Milestone Birthday and Birth of a child. They are useful when the event's scale is clear but the composition is not. For other moments, use a person, favourite flower or bouquet format instead of searching for a section that is not in the menu.
When the recipient loves roses, hydrangeas, orchids, chrysanthemums, gerberas, lilies, carnations or gypsophila, that collection is the shortest route. See how the same flower changes between a mono bouquet and a mixed design. The current contents of each arrangement are listed in its product card.
Use the literal category names in the menu: Author’s Bouquet, Mono bouquets, Flowers in a box, Flowers in a basket, Men’s bouquets, Wedding bouquets, Corporate bouquets, VIP Bouquets, Giant Bouquets, Dried flower bouquets and Compliment Bouquets. Each takes you to items already selected for that format.
Price protects the budget, Size controls the visual scale and Color sets the mood. The filters can work together. For example, you can keep only medium pink designs in the wife collection, then expand a single parameter if the final set is too narrow.
“Sort by latest” highlights recent products, “Sort by popularity” shows cards with more visitor views, and either price option arranges the same items financially. Sorting supports comparison, but images, dimensions and contents should determine the final choice. The fixed delivery fee to Bucha is UAH 450.
