The official offer of sole proprietor Oleksandr Yovenko to enter into a contract for the purchase of products and related services on the terms below.
The seller prepares and supplies bouquets, arrangements and related products; the client accepts and pays for the order. Placing or confirming an order on the website, by phone, messenger or email constitutes acceptance of this offer.
The composition, price, address, date and delivery window are recorded when the order is placed. The client supplies accurate customer and recipient details. The final amount includes products, delivery and agreed additional services.
Current payment methods include LiqPay and MonoPay. No deposit is required for ordinary orders. A 50% deposit is required only for every wedding bouquet and every order of UAH 10,000 or more; the remaining 50% is paid on receipt.
Kyiv: UAH 200. Kyiv region up to 30 km from the shop: UAH 300. For 31–100 km in Kyiv region, UAH 10 is added to the UAH 300 base charge for each kilometre beyond 30 km. Exact time: +UAH 100. We do not deliver beyond 100 km, by Nova Poshta or nationwide.
Cancel 24 hours or more in advance for a full refund with no penalty. With less than 24 hours remaining, the amount paid is non-refundable. This is separate from refusal on delivery.
Before acceptance, the client or recipient may inspect and refuse the bouquet even for a subjective reason; the amount paid is refunded in full. After acceptance, a bouquet of proper quality is not returnable or exchangeable for subjective reasons.
If flowers wilt or a defect is found within 24 hours, the client sends photos, a short explanation and order details and chooses a free replacement or full refund. The courier collects the defective bouquet; the shop pays for collection and repeat delivery.
Up to 20% of the bouquet value may be substituted without separate approval, using flowers that are not cheaper or lower in quality. Substitutions above 20% require the client’s approval.
An approved refund is made within 3 business days using the original payment method or another method agreed with the client.
The parties are responsible under this offer and Ukrainian law. Disputes are first addressed through a claim and negotiation, then through the procedure established by law if no agreement is reached.
Cut flowers of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged after acceptance under Ukrainian law. This does not limit the client’s rights when the product is defective.
