Couriers deliver daily from 06:00 to 23:00, and we take and process orders from 09:00 to 21:00. Please arrange early-morning deliveries in advance. You can choose an available slot for today at checkout. If your order is urgent, call before placing it. A three-hour slot is the delivery window you select, rather than a turnaround time measured from when you order.

For a birthday, consider the recipient’s favourite flowers. To say thank you, a small bouquet with a personal note may be just right. For a gift from a family or team, you can also explore larger arrangements. Size alone does not make a gift suitable: the person’s favourite flowers and colours matter more. How do you choose a bouquet and budget for the full order?

Use the catalogue’s price range, colour filters and sorting options. Compare the photo with the listed flowers and dimensions: the same number of stems does not always mean the same size or fullness. Allow for delivery and any gifts in your total budget. Signature arrangements combine different flowers, while rose bouquets keep the focus on roses and their colours.

For a workplace or celebration venue, flowers in a box or basket may be a convenient choice. Check whether the arrangement uses floral foam, which holds water for the flowers. It removes the need for a vase, but you still need to add water and keep the arrangement level. A classic bouquet works well when the recipient can put it in water straight away.

Can I add a card?

Yes. Add a card or another gift to your order and leave your message. Check the name and signature; for a group gift, tell us whose names to include. Mention any important flower preferences when ordering, such as favourite colours or flowers to avoid.

When will I receive a photo of my bouquet?

We will send a photo before dispatch so you can see the bouquet going to your recipient in Boyarka. Leave your current phone number and, if you wish, your preferred messaging app. If you are ordering for someone else, provide your own contact details for order queries and their phone number for the courier.

What happens if a particular flower is unavailable?

If flowers are unavailable or do not meet our quality standards, the florist may replace flowers representing up to 20% of the bouquet’s value without additional approval. Replacements must be of equal or greater value and at least the same quality. Changes above 20% require your agreement. We keep the arrangement’s colours and shape where possible. How can I pay, and do I need a deposit?

You can pay online through LiqPay or MonoPay, or choose cash payment to the courier when it is offered for your order. Bank transfer can be arranged with our administrator. All wedding bouquets and orders of UAH 10,000 or more require a 50% deposit, with the balance due on receipt. Other orders do not require advance payment. Your total includes the bouquet, delivery and any gifts you have selected.

Inspect the bouquet when it arrives. To help it stay fresh, trim the stems, remove the lower leaves and place the flowers in a clean vase with water. What if the recipient does not like the bouquet?

The recipient can inspect the bouquet on delivery and decline it, even if it simply does not suit their taste. In that case, we refund the full amount paid. Once a bouquet in good condition has been accepted, it cannot be exchanged because of a change of preference.

How do I report a quality problem after delivery?

Contact us within 24 hours with photos, a brief description and your order number. You can choose a free replacement or a full refund. How do I cancel an order?

For a full refund, let us know at least 24 hours before delivery. If fewer than 24 hours remain, the payment is not refundable. These cancellation terms do not affect the recipient’s right to inspect and decline the bouquet on delivery.
