How far in advance should we contact you?
For a complete concept, earlier is better, especially for popular dates. Feasibility always depends on scale and team availability, so please include your date in the enquiry.
Can you decorate only the ceremony or one area?
Yes. We can create a complete project or one important area when its scale and timing allow us to deliver the required quality.
Do you visit the venue?
Yes. For complex or complete projects, a visit and measurements help us check access, fixings, light and the realistic installation time.
What happens if a specific flower is unavailable?
At concept stage we define the character of the floristry and agree on equivalent alternatives. They preserve the palette, shape and overall mood.
Do you work outside Kyiv?
Yes. We work throughout Kyiv and the Kyiv region; logistics and the installation schedule are calculated for the specific venue.
Is dismantling included?
We agree on the dismantling format as part of the project. For hired structures and decor, the time, access and responsible venue contact are fixed in advance.
