Flower delivery in Velyka Dymerka costs UAH 350 within your chosen three-hour slot. Delivery at an exact time costs an extra UAH 100. The bouquet and any gifts are priced separately from delivery. The three-hour slot is the time window you select for the flowers to arrive; it does not start when you place the order.

Couriers deliver daily from 06:00 to 23:00. We take and process orders from 09:00 to 21:00, so please arrange early-morning deliveries in advance. For delivery today, choose an available time at checkout. If your order is urgent, call our florist before paying to check whether we can deliver in time.

What details do you need for delivery?

For delivery in Velyka Dymerka, provide the street, building number and recipient’s phone number. For a house, explain where to find the entrance or gate; for a flat, add the entrance and floor. See a photo of your bouquet before it leaves

Once your bouquet is ready, we will send you a photo before dispatch. You can see the gift you are sending to Velyka Dymerka even when you are ordering from elsewhere. Leave your current phone number and, if you wish, name your preferred messaging app in the order notes.

Can the flowers differ from the catalogue photo?

If particular flowers are unavailable or do not meet our quality standards, the florist may replace flowers representing up to 20% of the bouquet’s value without asking for additional approval. Replacements must be of equal or greater value and at least the same quality. Changes above 20% require your agreement. Tell us when ordering if a particular flower or colour is essential. Add a card and choose how to pay

Add a card or something from our gifts collection to your order. You can leave your message at checkout: check the recipient’s name, greeting and signature. Even a few personal words can say why you chose to send flowers. Additional gifts are priced separately from the bouquet and delivery.

When is a deposit required?

All wedding bouquets and orders of UAH 10,000 or more require a 50% deposit, with the balance due on receipt. Other orders do not require advance payment. You can pay online through LiqPay or MonoPay. Cash payment to the courier is available when offered at checkout; bank transfer can be arranged with our administrator.

Flower care and help after delivery

Put your bouquet in a clean vase with water, trimming the stems first and removing any leaves that would sit below the waterline. For flowers arranged in foam in a box or basket, add water to the base without removing the flowers. Keep them away from radiators, direct sunlight and fruit. How do you return a bouquet or report a problem?

The recipient can inspect the bouquet on delivery and decline it if they do not like it; we will refund the full amount paid. If a quality problem becomes apparent after receipt, contact us within 24 hours with photos, a description and your order details. Under our store policy, you can choose a free replacement or a full refund. We cover collection of the faulty bouquet and delivery of its replacement.

If your plans change, cancel at least 24 hours before delivery for a full refund. Later cancellations are not refundable. Once a bouquet in good condition has been accepted, it cannot be exchanged because of a change of preference. See our returns and exchanges policy for full details.
