Flower delivery in Kyiv: choose your bouquet
Send flowers to someone close to you, congratulate a colleague or choose a bouquet for a family celebration. Marta Flowers delivers across Kyiv, on both the left and right banks, to homes, workplaces and celebration venues. Choose an arrangement, add a personal message and arrange the delivery details, even if you are ordering from another city or country.
How much does flower delivery in Kyiv cost?

The delivery fee does not include the bouquet or gifts. A three-hour slot is the time window you choose for the flowers to arrive; it does not start when you place the order.
Can you deliver today or early in the morning?
Couriers deliver daily from 06:00 to 23:00. We take and process orders from 09:00 to 21:00, so please arrange early-morning deliveries in advance. Choose an available slot for today at checkout. If your order is urgent, call before paying to check whether we can deliver in time.
What details does the courier need?
Enter Kyiv as the city, followed by the street, building number and recipient’s phone number. For a flat, add the entrance and floor; for a house, explain how to reach the entrance. Include any instructions for an intercom, security desk or separate driveway.
For an office, café or restaurant, give its name and say who should receive the flowers. If the destination is outside Kyiv, name the town or village: we confirm the price based on the address. Full prices are listed on our delivery and payment page.
Which flowers should you send in Kyiv?
Think about the recipient’s tastes: their favourite flowers, soft or vivid colours, and whether they prefer a compact or full bouquet. For a birthday, choose an arrangement they love; to say thank you, a small bouquet with a note may be just right. Larger arrangements can also suit a gift from a family or team. If you are unsure of their preferences, tell our florist about the person and the occasion.
Rose bouquets show off the beauty and colour of the roses themselves. In signature bouquets, the florist combines different flowers, shapes and shades. Consider where the gift will be received: a vase is usually available at home, but may be harder to find at a celebration or workplace.
- A classic bouquet
- A good option when the recipient can put the flowers in water straight away. Check the dimensions in the description to get a sense of the bouquet’s size.
- Flowers in a box
- An arrangement ready to give as a gift or display on a table. If the flowers are set in floral foam, which holds water for them, they do not need a vase.
- Flowers in a basket
- An option for a family celebration or a group gift. Baskets vary in size and in the flowers they contain, so look beyond the photographs when comparing them.
How do you stay within your budget?
Set a price range and select a colour in the catalogue. Compare the flowers and dimensions: the same number of stems does not always mean the same fullness. Give our florist a total budget including delivery and gifts. They can suggest suitable options and seasonal flowers available for your chosen date.
Place your order and see your finished bouquet
Add your chosen arrangement to the basket, select a date and time, and enter the address and contact details. If you are ordering for someone else, provide your own number for order queries and the recipient’s phone number for the courier.
Add a card or gift to your flowers
Add a card or something from our gifts collection to the same order. Write your message and check the name and signature. For a group gift, tell us whose names to include on the card. Additional gifts are priced separately from the bouquet and delivery.
How can I pay, and when is a deposit required?
You can pay online through LiqPay or MonoPay. Cash payment to the courier is available when offered for your order; bank transfer can be arranged with our administrator.
All wedding bouquets and orders of UAH 10,000 or more require a 50% deposit, with the balance due on receipt. Other orders do not require advance payment.
When will you send a photo?
We will send a photo of your finished bouquet before dispatch. Leave your current contact details and, if you wish, name your preferred messaging app. You will be able to see the flowers we are sending to your recipient in Kyiv.
Can any of the flowers be substituted?
If particular flowers are unavailable or do not meet our quality standards, the florist may replace flowers representing up to 20% of the bouquet’s value without additional approval. Replacements must be of equal or greater value and at least the same quality. Changes above 20% require your agreement; we keep the colours and shape where possible. Tell us in advance about essential flowers or colours, as well as any flowers to avoid. See our substitution policy for details.
After delivery: flower care and our guarantees
How do you care for the bouquet?
Trim the stems, remove leaves below the waterline and put the bouquet in a clean vase. Change the water daily. For an arrangement in floral foam, add water carefully without removing the flowers, and keep the box or basket level. Place it away from radiators, direct sunlight and fruit. If the bouquet is not to your taste or has a quality problem
The recipient can inspect the bouquet on delivery and decline it, even if they simply do not like it. We will refund the full amount paid. Once a bouquet in good condition has been accepted, it cannot be exchanged because of a change of preference.
If you notice a quality problem after receipt, contact us within 24 hours with photos, a description and your order number. You can choose a free replacement or a full refund. We cover collection of the bouquet and delivery of its replacement. Once a refund is approved, we return the money within three working days.
How do I cancel an order?
Let us know at least 24 hours before delivery for a full refund. If fewer than 24 hours remain, the payment is not refundable. This rule does not affect the recipient’s right to inspect and decline the bouquet on delivery.
