The shop, order intake and order processing operate daily from 09:00 to 21:00. Bouquet delivery operates daily from 06:00 to 23:00.
Vynohradar is a residential area of Kyiv, so delivery has a fixed city fee of UAH 200. The fee covers delivery in a selected three-hour window. Delivery at an exact time adds UAH 100.
Checkout offers: 06:00–09:00, 07:00–10:00, 08:00–11:00, 09:00–12:00, 12:00–15:00, 15:00–18:00, 18:00–21:00 and 20:00–23:00.
Available methods include LiqPay, MonoPay, bank transfer to the business account, card-terminal payment in the shop and cash to the courier when available. No deposit is required for ordinary orders. A 50% deposit is required for wedding bouquets and orders of UAH 10,000 or more. The balance is paid on receipt.
Up to 20% of the bouquet value may be substituted without separate approval. Substitute flowers cannot be cheaper or lower in quality. Any substitution above 20% requires the client’s approval.
Cancel 24 hours or more before delivery for a full refund with no penalty. If less than 24 hours remain before delivery, the amount already paid is non-refundable.
You may inspect and refuse the bouquet before acceptance, even if you simply do not like it. The amount paid is then refunded in full. After acceptance, a bouquet of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged for subjective reasons.
Within 24 hours after receipt, send photos, a short description and the order number to info@martaflowers.kiev.ua or contact 063-688-36-33 by phone, Telegram or Viber. You may choose a free replacement or a full refund. Our courier collects the defective bouquet and Marta Flowers covers all related transport.
Place the bouquet in a clean vase with cool water, recut the stems by 1–2 cm and remove leaves below the waterline. Change the water daily and keep the bouquet away from direct sun, radiators, air conditioners and fruit. For arrangements in floral foam, carefully add water every day.
Use the same phone number for every order. The bonus level depends on the accumulated product value: up to UAH 10,000 — 1%, UAH 10,000–20,000 — 2%, and from UAH 20,000 — 3%. Bonuses are not earned on delivery or promotional products, but accumulated bonuses may be used for promotional products.

Choose an available three-hour window and enter the complete address in the residential area. Standard delivery costs UAH 200. For a greeting that must happen at a particular hour, exact-time delivery is available for an additional UAH 100. A contact number helps the courier arrange access.
Choose For a wife, For a girl, For your beloved, Grandmothers, For a child, For a sister, For a friend, For a colleague, For a teacher or For a manager. Florists have already selected arrangements by recipient, leaving you to compare shape, composition and Color within the relevant section.
Occasion categories include Birthday, Anniversary, Milestone Birthday and Birth of a child. If the recipient prefers a specific flower, open roses, hydrangeas, orchids, chrysanthemums, gerberas, lilies, carnations or gypsophila. The product card shows the actual contents of each design.
Format sections are named Author’s Bouquet, Mono bouquets, Flowers in a box, Flowers in a basket, Men’s bouquets, Wedding bouquets, Corporate bouquets, VIP Bouquets, Giant Bouquets, Dried flower bouquets and Compliment Bouquets. Use these exact labels in the menu.
Price, Size and Color can be applied together. Start with the most important condition, then add the other two. If no exact combination remains, broaden the budget or palette while keeping the florist-curated category that matches the idea.
“Sort by latest” is useful for recent designs. “Sort by popularity” orders items by product-card views rather than a quality score. Sort by price from low to high or high to low to compare the budget. Confirm the final choice from the photographs, contents and dimensions.
A settlement called Vynohradar appeared in this part of Kyiv in 1935. The land was planted with vineyards, which gave the locality its distinctive and easily remembered name.
A large residential area later developed here, but the historical place name remained. Modern Vynohradar combines housing, green spaces and a name that recalls the land's earlier appearance.
