We begin with the installation area: its width, height and shooting distance, background, light, power supply and the guests’ route. These factors determine the true scale of the structure.
We then build the composition in layers: the main silhouette, middle plane and details. If a logo, name or neon element is required, we test its size and contrast so it reads in photographs without taking over the entire frame.

We size the setting for one person, a couple or a group and leave sufficient working space for the photographer.

We check daylight and artificial light, reflections, shadows and what will appear at the edges of the frame.

How much space is needed for a photo zone?
It depends on the number of people in the frame and the lens. Space is required for the structure and in front of it for guests, the photographer and a safe walkway.
Can a photo zone be installed outdoors?
Yes, but the structure must account for wind, rain, the surface and secure ballast. The final decision depends on the forecast and venue rules.
Can you add a logo, name or neon element?
Yes. We need a logo file or exact wording; the size, material, lighting and fixing method are agreed as part of the concept.
How long does installation take?
It depends on size, structure, floristry and site access. Once the design is approved, we prepare a realistic installation schedule.
Do you use fresh or decorative flowers?
Fresh, preserved and high-quality decorative materials, or a combination, are possible. The choice depends on the concept, duration, conditions and priorities.
Do you remove the photo zone after the event?
Yes, when the project contains hired structures or includes dismantling. We agree the collection time and access with the venue in advance.
