When are the shop and delivery service open?
The shop, order intake and order processing operate daily from 09:00 to 21:00. Bouquet delivery operates daily from 06:00 to 23:00.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery within Kyiv is UAH 200. Delivery in Kyiv region up to 30 km from the shop is UAH 300. For 31–100 km, UAH 10 is added to the UAH 300 base charge for each kilometre beyond 30 km. Exact-time delivery is an additional UAH 100. We do not deliver beyond 100 km, by Nova Poshta or elsewhere in Ukraine.
Which delivery windows can I choose?
Checkout offers: 06:00–09:00, 07:00–10:00, 08:00–11:00, 09:00–12:00, 12:00–15:00, 15:00–18:00, 18:00–21:00 and 20:00–23:00.
How can I pay and when is a deposit required?
Available methods include LiqPay, MonoPay, bank transfer to the business account, card-terminal payment in the shop and cash to the courier when available. No deposit is required for ordinary orders. A 50% deposit is required for wedding bouquets and orders of UAH 10,000 or more. The balance is paid on receipt.
May the florist substitute flowers?
Up to 20% of the bouquet value may be substituted without separate approval. Substitute flowers cannot be cheaper or lower in quality. Any substitution above 20% requires the client’s approval.
How can I cancel an order?
Cancel 24 hours or more before delivery for a full refund with no penalty. If less than 24 hours remain before delivery, the amount already paid is non-refundable.
Can I refuse a bouquet on delivery?
You may inspect and refuse the bouquet before acceptance, even if you simply do not like it. The amount paid is then refunded in full. After acceptance, a bouquet of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged for subjective reasons.
What if the flowers wilt or have a defect?
Within 24 hours after receipt, send photos, a short description and the order number to info@martaflowers.kiev.ua or contact 063-688-36-33 by phone, Telegram or Viber. You may choose a free replacement or a full refund. Our courier collects the defective bouquet and Marta Flowers covers all related transport.
How should I care for the bouquet after receipt?
Place the bouquet in a clean vase with cool water, recut the stems by 1–2 cm and remove leaves below the waterline. Change the water daily and keep the bouquet away from direct sun, radiators, air conditioners and fruit. For arrangements in floral foam, carefully add water every day.
How does the loyalty programme work?
Use the same phone number for every order. The bonus level depends on the accumulated product value: up to UAH 10,000 — 1%, UAH 10,000–20,000 — 2%, and from UAH 20,000 — 3%. Bonuses are not earned on delivery or promotional products, but accumulated bonuses may be used for promotional products.
